Product Safety And The Customer Satisfaction

If a company wants to create some products, it must do some tests to prove that those products are safe to be used or consumed. Besides that, the company also has already gotten the license from the government. It is because the government has regularized about that rules. A company must prove that their product is safe for the customers. They must do a test which is called industrial laboratory test. This test is used to control the safety of the product. A company itself realizes that the test is important. Because it is used to keep a customer satisfaction and costumer trust. This test needs industrial laboratory test equipment. This equipment is so important to give the information that the product contains safe substances.

Those equipments also contain electrical parts and hardware. It is used to give power to the equipments. These parts are little bit dangerous because of electric voltage in it. Despite the government has regularized the rules about the product safety, there are a few companies which uses used lab equipment that also contain a used electrical parts & hardware. That action can harm the worker because the used equipment may get some malfunctions. It also gives bad effect to the product if the result of the test is wrong. It will be so inconvenient for the company and the customers.

In the trading, costumers are the king. Consequently, a company must give the best product for their customers. If the costumers aren’t satisfied, they will choose the other products that are better than the product before.
